Ardley with Fewcott village hall is very conveniently located a couple of minutes off junction 10 of the M40. Visitors are greeted by just over 6 acres of well tended playing fields, a modern children’s’ play area, plus ample off road parking and a large, modern, well equipped village hall.

The main hall is decorated in neutral colours, and with a laminate floor. It can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 110 people. The high vaulted roof, with integral skylights, gives it a light and airy feel. It is well equipped with tables and chairs, and direct access into the kitchen makes it very convenient when serving food. It is approximately 13m long x 10m wide, and benefits from an induction hearing loop and PA system.

There is a second , smaller meeting room , the Norman Fraser Suite. The room makes an ideal venue for smaller meetings. It comfortably accomodates 12 people boardroom style, or 24 conference. The room is air conditioned and has direct access to the kitchen for those wishing to cater for themselves. Refreshments and meals can also be catered for if required. The room is approximately 7m long x 5.5m wide.

The hall also benefits from a nicely equiped kitchen , with two ovens, a hob, hot water urn, kettle, microwave and fridge. A limited number of cups, plates, glasses and cutlery are always available. Larger amounts are available to hire.

To the front of the hall there is a terrace that leads onto the grassed area, where there is plenty of room to accommodate everything from a game of rounders to a wedding maequee.

The extensive children’s play area comprises of a number of modern, fun and creative structures. These include a zip wire, junior and toddler swings, basket swing, rotator, seesaw, toddler multi-play castle, plus a second larger one for older children, all set in a nicely landscaped environment. There are a number of picnic benches around the area.

We are also home to Ardley United Football Club, who play out of a separate purpose built pavilion.
